Final Project

From looking at the different examples of Net art i felt that the overall purpose of it was quite pointless as it didn't really give you much information, it was more about just randomly clicking. However i liked the idea of hyper-linking as it became interactive. I also enjoyed researching and learning about HTML and JavaScript. I found it easy to understand the coding and how the tags worked.

For my final project I will be making a HTML Page that includes information about Binary codes and also create a binary text converter that converts letters, numbers and basic punctuation to binary. Within this page i will be including examples of functions and hyper-linking from what I have seen in examples of Net Art.

I will be including:

Alexei Shulgin - Radio buttons, text boxes, tick boxes, etc.
JODI- hyperlinks, hypertext
Olia Lialina - hypermedia, images, embedded webpages

I began by sketching down a few basic page layouts for my HTML page.
